1.The laser head is blocked/stuck
Check if the laser head of the equipment is covered and clean it in time
Gently press the laser head
Fully charge the robot before cleaning

If it is not resolved, please contact online customer service to replace the new equipment for you, you do not need to bear any intermediate costs

2.The sensor is blocked
Find the bottom sensor

Wipe the wall sensors along the bottom of the device

Check if the fan outlet at the bottom of the equipment is blocked and clean it up in time

3.The front bumper is stuck
Turn the robot over
Locate the four screws in the illustration

Use a screwdriver to loosen the four screws in the picture, and then tap the front bumper lightly to check whether the front bumper can be reset normally
