Instructions for initial use

Precautions before using the robot:

  1. Clean the floor

Please clean the wires on the floor, children's toys and other sundry things and place them in a safe area to avoid entanglement of the robot;Do not use the equipment to clean dark bottom plate or carpet.

  1. Remove the anti-collision bar

Please remove the yellow anti-collision bar of the equipment before use;

3. Test the recharge system

Please place the robot in front of the charging stand, and then click the recharge

 button on the device to verify whether the robot can automatically recharge.

4.The charge seat

Please place the charging seat in an open area (1.5m on both sides and 1.5m in front), make sure the power is connected and placed against the wall. To ensure that the device can quickly return to the charging seat, please start the equipment from the charging seat for cleaning;


Please avoid putting the charging seat near the shoe cabinet/dining table, etc.,which will affect the reorientation of the robot to its surroundings.

Here is an APP configuration manual to Zigma followers

First please select your current country or region.

Then register or login, please enter your email address or mobile phone number, then enter your password and click register.

Scan the QR code on the side of the robot vacuum,

select the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and enter the correct WiFi password.

Reset the device:
After ensuring that the robot is activated, please click to check "operation confirmed" and then go to the next step.

1. Restart the robot vacuum.
2. Wait for the startup voice to finish.
3. Press the power button for 3-5 seconds until the robot vacuum makes a prompt sound.

Solution For Connection Failure

If prompted to fail, when the pairing progress is 0-30%:
1. Make sure the ROBOT starts successfully and there is a hot spot named "ROBOT ###”
A. Please correctly activate the device as indicated in the previous step;
B. Open the Settings on the phone and look for "ROBOT###" in the Wi-Fi list;
C. If "ROBOT###" is still not found after refreshing the Wi-Fi list, please contact us ASAP. We will arrange to replace a new machine for you immediately;
D. If you can find "ROBOT###", please refer to the following other possible reasons for a failed match.

If prompted to fail, when the pairing progress is 60-99%:
2. Please check whether you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password:
A. Turn on the Settings on your phone and click "Forget/Ignore" in the Wi-Fi list;
B. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password to check whether the connection is successful;
C. If you cannot reconnect, please check the correct Wi-Fi password;
D. If the password is correct, please refer to the following other possible reasons for matching failure.
3. Please check the settings of the router:
A. Please log in to the Settings page of the router according to the website provided by the router;
B. Please ensure that the router has 2.4G single frequency segment;
C. Please be sure to turn off the "firewall" function;
D. Please turn off restrictions such as "Filter MAC addresses/Whitelist";
E. Please do not use modems/repeaters/signal amplifiers, etc. Due to network fluctuations, the robot may fail to connect to the network.


NOTE: Click the button in the upper left corner of the APP login completion page, 

it is recommended to check the version of the APP regularly and update it to the latest version for a better experience.

When the robot vacuum is connected successfully, you can see the robot control card on the home page. 

Click the robot vacuum card to enter the control page.

After clicking the "Start Clean" button,

three buttons like the following will appear on the page.

Clicking the "control" button, the following settings will appear on the page.

A. “Breakpoint sweep” button
If it is on, the robot vacuum will continue the last unfinished cleaning when it starts cleaning again.

B. Suction power control: Quiet-Normal-Strong

C. You can adjust the volume of water after you install the tank: Light flow-Medium flow-Heavy flow

D. "Y" shaped mopping mode
If it is on, the robot vacuum will mop the floor cleaner.

Click the three-dot button in the upper right corner of the robot control page to enter the Settings page.

Robots vacuum can be customized to your preferences.
A.Crossing obstacles” button,obstacle-surmounting switch
If it is on, the robot vacuum will increase its ability to overcome obstacles.

B.Robot language settings” button, you can modify the language of the robot's current broadcast
Multiple languages supported by the robot: German, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese.

C.Device nickname” button, rename the robot
Please try to simplify the name of the robot vacuum to facilitate voice control such as Alexa, Google home, etc

D.Check for update” button, firmware version of robot vacuum cleaner
It is recommended to check and update firmware versions regularly for the latest features and better user experience.

E.Third-party connection” button, description of intelligent voice control connections
Voice control can be realized after a successful connection according to the instructions.

The supported voice control is shown below,(Turn on the "robot". The "robot" is the comment name you set for the robot in the APP)
