1. About Returns
All products must be returned to the original box intact with all accessories to ensure full credit.
(1) Our policy lasts for 30 days. Sorry, if 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.
(2) Gift wrapping fees and other expenses are non-refundable.
(3) For returned goods, we will not accept COD or third-party settlement.
(4) Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

2. Regarding Refunds (If Applicable)
(1) You can send us the shipping tracking number and courier note or proof of logistics payment.
(2) You can use the original payment method of purchase for a refund within one week after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
(3) After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return.
(4) If you are approved, your credit card payment will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically replaced with your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
3. Overdue or Missing Withdrawal (If Applicable)
(1) If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again.
(2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially release the replacement.
(3) Next, please contact your bank. In turn, it usually takes some processing time.
If you have completed all these operations, but still have not received a refund, please contact us via email@example.com or online customer service in the Zigma App.
4. Partial Cancellation Principle (If Applicable)
If the product has scratches, or uses that affect customer experience, dust, etc., but does not affect normal use, and the express delivery speed is very slow, exceeding the promised deadline, please consider partial replacement as appropriate.
5. Gift (If Any)
(1) If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card as the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
(2) If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver has already shipped the order to himself and sent it to you later, we will replace it with the gift giver and he will understand your return.
(1) To return the product, you need to send the product to Zigma's overseas warehouse, please contact Zigma's customer service for the specific return address.
(2) You will be responsible for paying your own transportation costs for the returned items.
(3) Depending on your residence, the time for the exchanged products to arrive at you may vary.
(4) If you ship more than US$75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
