Please loosen the bottom screws near the bumper to fix this issue.
You can't set the "no go zone" while the robot is cleaning, or without a previous map. (We would recommend a full clean before setting the "no go zone")
Please find the "zone" section in Zigma app and press "no go zone". Arrange the area you don't want the robot to clean, then click ok to save.
1. Place the Charging Base on a hard, level surface against a wall.
2. Remove objects within 3 ft/1 m to the left and right side and within 6 ft/2 m of the front of the Charging Base.
3. Please make sure the robot started cleaning from the charging dock. So it can find charging base without any help.
1. Clean brushes and tap the wheels to see whether they are stuck, and if necessary, remove any hair and debris from them.
2. Remove the rolling brush and brush guard and run Spark to see if the noise continues.

1. Please make sure that the Wi-Fi is 2.4G band. Turn off the 5G band if you use a dual-band router.
2. Don't use z modem alone. We would advise you to use another router because it might cause disconnection or long delay with the increased number of connections.
3. Make sure that you don't set up any restrictive features in the router, such as firewall/whitelist/blacklist.
